- What documents are required to sign up?
- We require a copy of your ID, Passport or Drivers Licence as well as a current proof of residence in your name.
- Are there any additional fees when signing up?
- There is a once-off key administration fee upon signing up. The price will be confirmed by the liaison prior to your initial visit.
- What are the payment options available?
- You can pay with a monthly debit order, an annual debit order, an annual credit card payment, an annual cash payment, or an annual EFT. Please keep in mind that only master and visa cards are accepted, and that customers from other countries must pay through our fiduciary duties or our cryptocurrency gateway because our facilities find it difficult to transact with customers from other countries.
- How many authorised individuals can be added to an existing contract?
- You can add up to four authorised individuals on your contract. Please note there is an additional fee for adding the 3rd and 4th authorised individual. Please feel free to contact us should you have a query about adding an extra individual over and above the four authorised individuals.
- What documents are required to add an additional authorised individual to access my safety deposit box?
- To add an additional authorised individual onto your account, we require them to bring through their ID, Passport or Drivers Licence and current proof of residence in their name.
- What are the operating hours as well as the procedure to access my safety deposit box?
- You are welcome to access your box during our working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:00 and Saturdays 9:00 - 12:00. You are not required to make an appointment prior to your visit. We are closed on Sundays and all public holidays. We advise that you call through for our festive period schedule.
- How do I upgrade or downgrade my safety deposit box size?
- We require that you bring through both of your keys for the current box to the facility, you can then select the size you would like to change to, and we will upgrade or downgrade your safety deposit box immediately should we have availability of the size you require. Your account will be charged or credited accordingly.
- What is the process if I lose one or both of my keys?
- There is a key replacement fee, please make an appointment for a lock replacement prior to visiting your box between the hours of 9:00 - 16:00.
